    Fast delivery great communication, unfortunately the item was incorrect when arrived , this was not a problem and a returns label was emailed to me, I then repacked and sent back ,with a refund being issued without a problem really good service and will use Jumbo Supply again in the future.

    Item arrived and was no where near the measurements as stated in the listing. Had to pay to return it even though it was " item.not as deaceibed" and then constant messages daily as to why they hadn't recieved the item back yet. They assumed I had Parcel forces crystal ball. Then when I tracked it, it was held in the PF depot due to the sellers address being wrong. Still barrage of messages asking about the parcel. A lot of stress for a £50 motorbike jacket, not worth it. Steer clear my advice!
