  Item is as described and secure packaging used. The address label on the package was not waterproof and the rain had smeared the ink but the lettering was still readable. Disappointed with the courier here - he just left the package at the wrong address (down the street) and marked the delivery as "delivered". Of course I was curious when I saw this notification and went to search for it. I imagine it would have been a difficult time trying to explain this to the seller had I not found it.

  This was the corrected order. Items were as described, The royal mail postal tracking was next to useless reporting "An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item", even after the delivery. However the seller sent exactly what I needed and they are of a good quality and price. Will be using this seller again for similar future projects. Seller saved in favourites. Thank you.

  Used this seller for a while now and have been pleased with the product &delivery time. Have had no problems with them. Packaging is not the same as shown but contents seem just as good. When I have had to contact seller due to a non delivery they corrected the error immediately with no fuss. (This delivery problem may have been due to the courier & not the seller).

  The product quality and customer service is exemplary. Product is new, good quality and value. It was sent extremely well packed and protected. Any company can be good if there are no hiccups but the measure of how good they really are is how they deal with issues. I had a minor issue that was entirely down to courier treatment of this well packaged and protected parcel. The immediate civil, helpful attention I received to correct the issue was perfect. Very highly recommended and trustworthy

  Received in good condition. Not sure why Royal Mail courier just left it at my front door but didn't knock on the door, or ring the doorbells, yes I have two of them ~ an electric bell AND a security Arlo doorbell from Verisure. I found out it was delivered via email received to say it was delivered. But anyway, thank you to 'JumpingBugzy' for a well-packed parcel in a sturdy cardboard box! Good price considering P&P and great quality!
