    I have been left very disappointed, this pom pom hat is a gift .the seller has informed this says LARA .but has been very unhappy helpful .the R does not look like R .I do not recommend

    Unfortunately as the item is personalised we can not accept returns, we have shown you the font showing the letter 'r' is correct and is not an S or Z as you suggested. Because the spelling is correct it can not possibly be changed?
