    The item arrived very quickly and worked very well, but unfortunately the battery could not be refilled after a few weeks. I contacted the seller. The reaction was immediate. Not only did they send me a new, tested speaker, but I didn't have to send back the broken one.     I had been looking for this item when one came up in Winnipeg. I had no idea what condition it was in and the cost of the banjo and the shipping was more than I could pay. The vendor was extremely helpful and we did a deal to include shipping. The item arrived in U.K. sooner than expected.
