  My Staub cast iron pot was received quickly. The packaging wasn’t as protective as needed for the long journey, so unfortunately, the pot was damaged in transit. After contacting the seller they were quick to offer a refund and to pay for return shipping. We came up with a solution that worked for both of us and I’m completely satisfied with my purchase and interaction with them.   Can’t give full stars but seller did respond to questions, was listed as new/ factory sealed but came in with no plastic wrap and packs shuffled backwards and upside down. Later read description and said outer plastic damaged but packs sealed which they were. Overall not bad experience but read the sellers description to find out the full story.

  The shipping was quick, seller sent it fast. The packaging was excellent! They used a box so that the original mooncat box wasn’t damaged and every polish had its original box.
