This was bizarre. What I received in the mail (a coat cover maybe?) was something entirely different to what I ordered (an ironing board cover) but they tried to convince me over the course of several days that it was what I ordered, with offers of partial refunds because I wasn’t happy. In the end I said I would just get my refund via eBay and they immediately refunded me the full amount.
