  Excellent customer service…….seller chased up courier after quick dispatch but courier was slow. Unfortunately seller sent pack with 3 not 4 head covers but once informed issued an immediate partial refund. I would buy from this seller again. Item is v good quality

  See image below, middle item surrounded by real shimano chains. They sent counterfeit chain in completely different packaging. It didn't say Shimano but SHUIMAN, stamped on chain itself and the packaging, I received a 10 sp chain when an 11 sp was ordered. Attempted contact and no response, Ebay had to step in to force the sellers hand. They wanted me to fund the return.... To China for a refund, told otherwise 'you've sold a counterfeit' and they finally refunded. Not worth the hassle.

  Unfortunately, the items were not the sizes that had been ordered, but as soon as the seller was made aware of the situation they immediately took steps to rectify the problem, with a more than acceptable outcome.
