However the part that was sent works perfectly fine and will keep it for spares. As a small business ourselves, we understand mistakes are made but what's important is how it's dealt with. It was all three! Also although it said "pulled from a working device" it looks brand new! Sadly, Royal Mail tracked 24 got left in the local mail centre for 2 days with a lame excuse that there had been a request for it not to be delivered to my address (not by vendor) so it was corporate speak for "We can't be Ar5ed!" :-(
