  The product was excellent quality and well packaged, sent on the 6th December and arrived on the 9th. However this was the second time the seller sent this item via Parcelforce, they managed to totally lose track of the first shipment ordered on the 26th of November. The seller was very accommodating and dealt with the problem effectively. So, I recommend this seller, however I don't recommend Parcelforce, there tracking system is very hit and miss!
