  The reason I have given "neutral" is that the postage cost was incorrect. After contacting the seller she explained that parcel was posted as a "small" parcel but Royal Mail determined it was a large parcel and therefore a further £3.00 was needed to be paid by the customer. I contacted the seller and she refunded the £3.00. After making two trips in to town I picked up the parcel only to find that the parcel was not "small". Measurement of parcel is 41 cm x 42 cm.
