    I ordered an acrylic cake topper which arrived with a couple of cracks. I think this was because the packaging wasn’t protective enough. A hard back envelope probably would’ve been better for this item. The seller was helpful and offered to send a replacement which didn’t arrive in time. Having said that if they used better packaging in future I’d still order again as the item was really nice and I thought it was good value. I just fixed the topper with glue in the end

    This item looked like the ebay image and was undamaged when it arrived, well packed. Quality is good, although you get 2 stickers in gold to add to it and found the backing a bit fiddly to get off. But, other than that no problems looked nice on the cake. Value okay. Would recommend this seller.
