Item was not as Described , it was a thinner cheaper product- Seller acknowledged this and offered Refund, once I returned Item, but the reason I purchased online was that I could not get to the shops to buy one, so getting the item to the Post Office was not practical -- this sellers item feedback would have been negative due to wrong product, the quality of the item received & time wasted, but they replied to messages within 24hrs and offered refund if they received the item back.
