    Received the package which was clearly marked fragile. Lots of packing on the glass board but carriers can be brutal and it was broken. Chess pieces are great. Contacted supplier and got part refund today so all in all v happy

    Fast response from seller, item dispatched quickly, contents of the set as described, although description didn't include the sizes of some pieces (plates, bowls) that come in different versions. Yodel as a delivery company didn't impress - phantom delivery at first day with no "missed delivery" note; and no amount of "Fragile" tape stopped them trashing the outer packaging (see photo). Fortunately the inner packaging protected the contents and there were no breakages.
