About us

Keech Hospice provides free specialist palliative and end-of-life-care for people of all ages. We support adults in Bedfordshire. Children and their families in Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, and Milton Keynes. At home, in hospice, or wherever we’re needed.

Our approach is inclusive, ensuring access for all. Ensuring we respect preferences, beliefs and customs and complete privacy and dignity at all times.

70% of our funding comes from supporters including our eBay shoppers, so any purchase you make will help us continue making the difference when it matters most. You can shop from our range of donated goods from designer brand items to collectables through our eBay shop.
