  This item arrived broken due to very poor packaging and after contacting the seller he offered to send me a replacement but this wouldn't have arrived in time for my grandsons birthday so after numerous messages I was first offered £2 which wasn't acceptable and eventually I decided to accept half the original price I paid as it took long enough to sort that out not happy at all

  Absolute disgrace; packaging is not the same. Lashes were hand picked and placed in a totally different box, with 1 lash missing, and also delivered in different sizes and lengths. wont be using this seller again. will be escalating this to Paypal if the seller does not give a full refund.
