hi,First, you opened the case with ebay now you have disputed with your bank. In this case, we can not issue any refund because of it we are unable to do anything it doesn't let us to issue refund or settle the case. It could only be settled if you had closed the case and allowed us to do partial refund. You could not wait a day or two for us to get back to you despite agreeing to partial refund. If you dont really like the items then just send all of them back to us and get full refund.
