  To my disappointment, the item received was not truly “new” as advertised. More than half of the contents were missing, which can be seen in the attached photo and when held up to a light. Genuine Mary Kay products are always "plump" with fullness regardless of size, shape, of applicator, so this was very disturbing. As a consumer, I trust that businesses will be truthful in their advertising. I reached out to the seller at "daisyed4375-9", but no response to date. I am requesting a refund.
