  ITEM WAS FINE. NO PROBLEMS ASSEMBLING. DELIVERY COMPANY NOT SO GOOD, I ASKED FOR ITEM TO BE LEFT OUT BACK AS I NEW I WOULD BE OUT. THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN. IT WAS REDELIVERED NEXT DAY BUT LEFT WITH NEIGHBOUR WITHOUT TELLING ME IT HAD BEEN LEFT NEXT DOOR. I WAS TOLD THE FOLLOWING DAY BY TEXT MESSAGE THAT THIS HAD BEEN DONE.

  The box is exactly as advertised and came very quickly. Customer service was excellent, as the parcel had been dropped in a puddle/lake/river/the sea on its way to us and the box was ruined, but a replacement was sent out immediately and without argument. I’m very happy all round.
