  Ordered what I thought was a cheap and cheerful little 14”inch pan for melting wax in. I was getting worried that it had got lost in transit as it was supposed to have arrived 5 days ago and then the tracking number said that it was due 2 days ago and it still didn’t arrive. I sent a message to the seller on Monday evening and I said that I think that my pan was lost in transit and asked if they would send me another one as soon as possible? 2 days later I got my wonderful really heavy duty pan.

  3/02/2024 Dear eBay seller The induction base pan was delivered today was very dissatisfied i ordered a 16 cm pan and received a 18cm I will keep the pot pan as is a lot of a problem for me to return it but I will not order any items with your company in the future I seem to have problems with eBay Sellers lately either items don’t turn up or they deliver the wrong item very frustrating.
