    The transaction was not enjoyable. Seller offered me a refund which is why I'm leaving neutral and not negative feedback. He was rude and impatient, and the microphone he sold me was not in working condition. It was listed as excellent but had unusable amount of crackle/noise floor. I had to spend hundreds of dollars having it repaired, more than he offered to help with. So overall I'm not happy with the transaction and I would not buy from seller again. But I got a fine piece of gear in the end

    We've sold hundreds of mics, occasionally a mic will fail due to old age. The item was fully working when shipped. A partial refund was offered in line with the going rate for a repair or a full refund. Buyer wanted to repair AND service the mic, which would cost far more. Their tech even misdiagnosed a virtually new capsule as being defective! He accepted a partial refund (mic was worth keeping) but then backtracked and tried to cancel the agreement. The issue was resolved fairly and quickly.
