  I have revised my feedback from neutral to positive because although I was originally disappointed to receive a comic not in the condition as described. The seller was more than willing, without me even asking for it, to make that up to me by refunding to me fully for both the comics I bought from him (one of which was in excellent condition) including the postage. I have also then added 5 stars for seller communication which I didn t add before because I had not communicated with them before.

  All of the above complaints were addressed in the listing condition notes. The comic was not listed as "adequate" (i.e. 'acceptable). The seller notes asked buyers to ignore eBay's grading system and use the grade given in the listing title. It also asked buyers to allow potential deviation from the advertised grade and for the buyer to examine the photos in full. The advertised grade of the comic is as described - a VG+ does allow for that small tear.
