Der Verkäufer meldete sich dann aber doch und hat uns die Situation erklärt und es war auch eine gute und nette Kommunikation. Deshalb auch trotzdem noch die positive Bewertung.

    I paid €300 + €20 shipping to the UK. The seller wrote me that he couldn’t ship the item outside the EU. I replied by telling him that I had an Italian address to which he could send the item. He refused stating that the painting was too large for an international shipment even inside the EU. I told him that he could remove the picture frame if weight or size was an issue and send me the picture without the frame, even if the frame was included in the price. He refused again. Very disappointing.

Sadly, international shipping is not something that is as easy for us to arrange as we would like it to be, the main issue being that we cannot ensure the advertised quality of our merchandise.
