  Ordered these on Sept 2nd but only arrived on October 1, a month later even though the EBay shipping quote was only a week or so originally. After contacting USPS it turns out it was shipped ground from NY to Hawaii. So it actually ended up on a boat that took so long. I wouldn’t mind except I had contractors ready to use them but they were floating on the ocean then. I’m going to assume the seller didn’t realize this but it’s something to pay attention to. Otherwise they seem new in the box.

  Dishonest Seller. I purchased a $139 kettle that was clearly listed as NEW, but I received a used item instead. When I contacted the seller for an explanation, they responded with: "Where is the item listed as new?"This is outrageous, especially since they deleted the original listing from the transaction history to cover it up.Do not trust this seller. They are dishonest and try to gaslight customers when confronted. Make sure to take screenshots of listings before purchasing. Be awarded!!!

  Evelyn Quiros, as discussed in our dialogue, we are not interested in misrepresenting any of our listings. If you read the description, it specifically stated: "Note: Normal signs of use. Each kettle will vary by cosmetic condition, kettles may have scuff, scratches, or blemishes. Will come in original box." This is in fact what you acknowledged to have received in the mail. If there was an error with the condition, we are willing to accept the Return after eBay's review of the listing and case.

  Pella original door handle set for active door lock system arrived in excellent condition. Because I was purchasing multiple items and it was a legacy door handle, the seller confirmed it would fit before shipping (since they have a no return policy). The seller also physically identified and provided 4 sets of identical keys from their inventory when Pella wasn't willing or able to do so. These lock sets can't be rekeyed to match. Seller responded quickly to all inquiries. Great service!

  This is a top of the line seller! I ordered a hinge in March and it arrived a few days later. I tried to cut corners and order from another seller (never received item) but I ended up coming back to this seller who provided the best product, prompt service and value.
