  Not sure I fully understood the process when ordering my jewellery item. It took around three weeks to receive my order and although I was aware of the delivery dates I wondered what was taking the time for my item to be dispatched. Finally it all happened with the item being sent for authentication and from then communication was excellent and dispatch quick. Item arrived well packaged and with all paperwork.   i really think you should inform buyers about the authentisity part of the process / or ebay should as i recieved an email telling me i had recieved and signed for the item when it was sent for valuation / upsetting and confusing to say the least very happy with product
