Excellent service from the seller. Item as described and very well-packaged. Royal Mail "lost" the package in the system and posted online that they had attempted delivery on multiple occasions over 2 days. I had to go across the city to the central sorting office as it was impossible to speak to them on the phone. I spent approaching an hour there and they could not track it down... "it must still be on the van" they said. Finally I had to collect from a nearby post office. Track48 service!!
