On this occasion I was unfortunately sent the wrong item, but that mistake was corrected with good grace and immediately. A Return was instigated and as soon as the incorrect item was received by the seller, the correct item was posted back out to me and arrived prompty, well packagaed and in excellent condition.

    Great item wonderful value as described fast dispatch and delivery - although the headset bearing cages were slightly bent on arrival and needed straightening, perhaps some cardboard in the padded envelope would help avoid this. I only mention it for the benefit of future customers as they were still OK to use.
