Rug was of a good quality for the price and well packaged. Rug is great but delivery not so good. I was e-mailed to say the delivery would be on the monday, then e-mailed again monday evening to say it would be on the Tuesday between 2 and 5, then when not delivered e-mailed to say wednesday, when it eventually arrived. Probably would be a good idea to use a different delivery company as this was a bit frustrating and time consuming.

love this rug, it was difficult to be sure of exact colours on web site and I was a little concerned that if it did not match my decor, I would have to return and was concerned of the cost implication to do so, I contacted the seller who was extremely helpful and said that if rug didn't suit then he would allow me to return rug for free but rug is perfect in every way, quality, price, colour, delivery extremely quick and communication excellent, highly recommend this seller
