    The sellers customer service REALLY stood out here. I'll get to that in a second. Shipping was as expected. Packaging as expected, no visible damage. Here's where I had my issue, there was a missing cable and this product comes with a rubber stopper typically to fasten the nvme ssd in place. Both were missing. A new cable came to £18.53. This sellee went out of their way to refund me £20! Great value for money. 6/5 customer service. Thank you very much Kuzu.

    Am Not Very Happy About The Items Box,Very good item as far as I know as I have purchased it for a present but unfortunately I was not happy as the delivery details are stuck on the front of the box which I have never had before, the delivery details are also on the grey plastic bag where it should be and not stuck to the front of the box which I have tried getting off and I got some of the label off leaving the box all tacky/sticky not good for a gift to someone, I am not very happy about this.
