  Came exactly as advertised and in a hard plastic case with bubble wrap for protection. After receiving it, I realized I didn't need to buy it afterall. The only problem was the slow down with the USPS. The seller bears zero responsibility for that issue.

  First off, I was sent an incorrect device (ordered a Blue Samsung Galaxy A52, received Purple); there were also no Original Accessories as advertised. The seller offered me a ridiculous $3 partial refund, advising me that, "The purple is also beautiful". Absolutely unacceptable. Eventually the back and forth was taking so long that we attempted to set up the device, only to find it is not even compatible on AT&T's Nationwide U.S. Network. Shipped back, still awaiting a refund.
