La Pointe Boutique was established in 1999 and has always remained focussed on putting the dancer first. Our stock includes Association Uniforms for RAD, ADFP and ISTD as well as fashion dancewear, personalised uniform, clothing and dance accessories. We offer professional pointe shoe fitting and all staff are fully trained and regularly update their skills. All of our staff are current or ex-dancers or have children that currently dance so fully understand the pressures of getting the right balance between cost and quality. The buyer claims to have returned the order but this has not been received by us. She has been unable to provide any proof of delivery or a tracking number to confirm that she has returned the leotard. We have no reason not to refund her but unwilling to do so until we are in receipt of the item which we feel is fair.

Seller didn't answer my message for 2 weeks which is really bad. But after all refund my money but I was charged twice for delivery which came in one packet. And have to send separate because ebay didn't let me do it other way. So I've spend so much money for delivery and sending the items back. So disappointed.

The buyer bought the items whilst we were in "holiday mode" with the appropriate message on our listings. When she returned the items she received back all the delivery postage as this is Ebay's policy, it therefore only cost her one amount of postage to return 2 items simply because she had changed her mind about the colour. We refunded her as soon as the items were returned but she has not perhaps understood that she did receive her original postage costs back as well.
