Located in the countryside in East Hertfordshire lives a couple with two small kids, that had an idea of starting an ebay store selling retro items. Lucy & Bill have grown from strength to strength now selling fulltime on ebay. I love to spend hours going up and down the country to find that special item that my customers like you will love.     Terrible. I messaged immediately after sale ended and apologised but I needed to cancel as I didn't realise it was so big and it would not fit in the gap I had in mind . He gave some story about how difficult it was to cancel a sale and he would be charged by eBay still, then he completely ignored me and cancelled my cancellation request, now he won't even respond. Been nearly 2 weeks now having to get eBay involved. Should never have got this far if people just had manners not power trips.
