    This is the 2nd time I have ordered from this company and they have not delivered my items, they never respond to your emails.. 3 weeks ago I paid and I think it's pretty poor customer service when you can't even be bothered to update the customer or reply. Only when I complained did they update the order to dispatched then set a refund!
