    “New unused old stock still in original packaging”, £226. Postage was expensive, It arrived but latch does not work. I video it & the seller accepted the fault. He advised me to take apart the unit to see if i could release the latch. I didn't do this. instead i contacted the manufacturer who offered a new latch, £12 & explained it was also 1 hr labour. I proposed seller refund £12 & i suffered the labour. Seller refused the partial refund or a return. I will never use this seller again.

    Gave the seller a discount to start with they then asked to take the sale outside ebay for a greater discount which was refused. Buyer then wanted us to give them even more money back.Untrustworthy buyer who will try it on!

    TBH I found the seller's reply to my original query a bit dismissive, but having won the item the seller noted the different postal address on my payment and sent it there very fast and well packed, on a small pallet with cellophane over the top to keep any rain out. Thank you :)
