    Messaged to ask for exchange or refund, I went over the return time frame, fair enough. I didn't get a chance to open the parcel at first. Left that because that's my fault But I more fuming because you can tell this grill (the part) was posted damaged the clips at the back of the grill do not break easily. So sold to me knowing it was damaged. Then when I opened up the parcel the front bit of the grill also had a crack, that bit can be damaged via transit. More believable and can happen.
