    The lady seller telephoned to let me know that the plate had been accidentally been broken when she was in the process of wrapping it (metal tape measure dropped on it and it broke into four pieces). She asked me whether she should try to find another plate to send or whether I wanted to cancel the order. As I didn't want to put her to the trouble of finding a single plate again, I opted to cancel the order. Very kind of her to offer to find another, though. Fred Gibbs.

    This purchase was a most pleasant of experiences. The seller went above and beyond just to make sure I was a very happy buyer. I was loaned a sack truck & helped with loading during collection. The seller was a very good communicator too, helping me find their location with ease. I arrive 30 minutes before the agreed collection time but only had to wait a few minutes before the seller appeared. Nothing was too much trouble for this seller. The item was also precisely 100% as described.
