The rainbow stripe yoga strap is not 1.8 metres long. It is 2.3 metres long. When I sent the a picture of myself wearing it, they told me to 'Put a bow in the webbing if you wish to make it shorter.' and then said 'Please note it is not my fault if you do not understand the length.' In a subsequent email, they said 'Just imagine a six foot person with a padded mat'! I sent them a polite email to warn them that I wasn't happy and received this kind of response.

You did not tell me it was 2.3 meters long, if you had I would of sorted it. You refused to return it. If for any reason I make a mistake I send a correct item free of charge. Shame you cannot tell the whole truth. Shame on you.
