Despite the items being well wrapped, the box had obviously been handled roughly in transit and one of the bowls was broken. I contacted the seller immediately asking what action I would need to take and was told that I didn’t need to do anything else and a replacement would be sent asap. It arrived within 2 days. I am very happy with the seller and their products and will happily recommend and use again.
