The seller said it must have happened in transit, but the packaging was perfect and intact? Very strange to get sun fading in a box in transit... Mmmmm. Basically it looked like it had been at the back of a warehouse for 1 or 2 years knocking around. Why couldn't they just fess up to the situation and say sorry instead of fabricating a story. That's the reason I left the neutral feedback. Just be honest! Refunded.
