  Ordered a pair of wall lights, one arrived broken as box too small really. Seller was more interested in me sending her lots of photos so she could claim her money back from the courier! Said she would send a replacement but didn't. Anyway, ignored my message asking if the replacement had been sent so I had to open a return case to send items back for a refund, , said she had been too busy to send it out as she has kids and it was school holiday! Wish I hadn't bothered with this seller, at all!

  Advertised as Farnham Greenware pottery but wasn’t when it arrived there was a clear mark on the side saying made in Portugal. Seller provided a refund but no post paid return label to send it back so still have it, if no more communication on this matter I guess I will just donate to charity. Although this was extensively photographed as past of the listing I believe this was a genuine error on the part of the seller.
