The item is perfect and very true to the description, it was also a good price and the seller most helpful. There was a problem with the delivery when the courier, DPD, provided a picture to say delivery had been made. The picture was not my address and there were no clues as to where it had been left. Also the tracking was not completed so EBay thought it must still be in transit. Livewell Today acted very promptly and supplied another item which arrived successfully the following day. 10/10

Well packaged in a large box, easy to put together, there were some bolts missing so I contacted the supplier and they apologised and sent me out the screws in the post the next day, excellent customer service, would definitely buy from them again

item is great as described good service from seller courier was rubbish no tracking on delivery time except 3 day free postage and estimated date as 3 days from purchase, but it arrived next day while we were out, and was left at front door next to pavement where anyone could have taken it, no attempt was made to leave with neighbours, and box was damaged by packing straps ripping through the box, luckily did not damage mobility scooter itself, but not good service for cost of scooter
