    I don't believe they keep have the parts in stock hence the woeful despatch time, they claim they are busy - I mean come on 5 days to pack parcels - employ more people. Part is as described, but you might as well order from your local VW dealer - probably the same price and it'll come into stock quicker. Communication poor - simply told me if I didn't want to wait then cancel the order. CHECK THEIR POOR FEEDBACK BEFORE ORDERING - their Google feedback is just as bad. Same old complaints!

    The part was lost by EVRI and the seller did their best to resend it using EVRI; not the sellers fault but this took almost a month to arrive. Other than that the part is as described and posted quickly and the seller did their best to communicate during the process. Ideally Ebay should stop EVRI as a courier option or at least push sellers to provide alternatives for buyers to select. Again not the sellers fault who worked to best practices given the situation.

    Item is as described. Overpriced is an understatement and they've gone up in price since I bought it. Over 50% more than ford themselves. Item was originally due to be delivered 25th-28th august. Messaged seller they said will arrive 29th-31st august. Only reason they got 3* for communication as the first message I sent when order was ignored. Didn't arrive until 5th sept, with a label stating royal mail 48h tracked. No tracking provided and clearly not 48hrs. Will not buy from these ever again!

    Seller tells me there's no tracking, yet I received tracking from Germany? Weird, but the item arrived all OK, and was new as described. Seller communications were awful... and thier customer service needs some work.
