    The seler was very comunicative, answering for many questions from mys side. He was reacting immediatly for the issues with buying products. He prepared a special offer for me. The product was sent immediately after my payment. It was of a high quality, as it was described and presented on photos. The client from EU must be prepared for a longer deliverng, but it is due to the custom office in EU. Thank you for highest professional service.

    I ordered a bespoke item, was told it would be 3 weeks turnaround, this was early July. At the end of August, well over a month later I again contacted the seller for an update, and was told the next shipment will be in on 12th Sept. I can only assume they've been let down, as today (12th Sept) I've simply received a refund with no explanation. Im back to lodge in 2 wks now and will not be able to get another badge made elsewhere in time, honesty and communication would have been appreciated
