    Very pleased with the chandelier just as described and it was amazingly well packed and took me about fifteen minutes to unwrap it. It was sent extremely quickly and my friendly Evri delivery man struggled down the garden path with it. The chandelier was all original and a very good quality I was amazed it arrived safe and sound. The parts that could be removed were individually bubble wrapped and no expense was spared on the amount used.Many thanks.

    The most helpful of sellers, excellent communication. Not only did Royal Mail deliver to the wrong address, they also damaged the item, which arrived in 3 pieces (it was well wrapped, too)……rather than making a claim with Royal Mail, the seller and I agreed to go halves, she kindly issued a 50% refund and I will now try to glue the figure back together…

    Very well packaged and arrived super early! A couple of visible cracks on the actual surface of the globe which hadn't been mentioned in the listing, but I managed to easily touch up the paintwork so that they were successfully camouflaged. That being said, that doesn't take away from the delight I feel at finding this fabulous item, and I thank the seller for their excellent service!
