One of the boxes was damaged by the postman forcing it through the letterbox but no damage to the items inside. A very good transaction and my knees love this product.

  Well packaged, and good condition. It was a speedy delivery if it was not lost and send to wrong addresses. It wasn't the Seller's fault but the carrier. It says delivered through my email but I did not received it. I managed to contact royal mail and retrieved it. It was redeliver to me after 6 days. Highly recommend.

  I was a little upset that the item arrived damaged as it was a gift but the seller was very helpful and offered me a replacement / full refund. I was able to get a full refund without any issues raised as I explained that I needed the item as a baby shower present for the next day. Great seller and would suggest to shop with them!
