When a return was requested due to these pieces being larger than expected, we organised collection and issued an immediate refund upon its arrival back at Lord Browns so, whilst all did not go quite as hoped or expected, it certainly ended well and we parted on the best of terms :)

Unfortunate clerical error meant item was not actually available. Seller hugely apologetic and an honest error. Would deal with them again and no hard feelings.

Not our finest hour. Some confusion at HQ led to a sold item being relisted for sale. Thankfully, this warm and kind ebayer shouldered this disappointing news with a great deal of grace and understanding and, after attempting to provide a suitable-alternative (at a heavily-discounted price) to fulfil their seating-requirements, we concluded our dealings on the best of terms :)

Armchairs do not come more-striking or well-executed than this stunning "Jul" from Ligne Roset, and particularly when in such exceptional condition, so well done on a superb buy :)
