  Absolute scammer ! Wrote 100% cashmere and when item sold to me changed to wool ! Avoid ! Also she posted to me and I had to pay the post ! Absolute disgrace

  Calling me a “scammer” is both rude and inaccurate. I promised to cover the surcharge and promptly initiated the refund. I paid £2.70 through the eBay label and can provide proof. Since you received the item and were offered a full refund process including surcharge, labeling me a scammer and leaving negative feedback is unfair and abusive.I also offered to transfer the extra £3.50 on top of the full refund, but you blocked me. If you know how to refund beyond the original amount, why not tell.
