  Hi. I purchased this item which at first did not arrive. I reported this to the seller and quickly and efficeny they had resolved the issue by offering a refund. After 2 weeks the item had arrived thorigh post. I did make the seller aware of this and they had advised they did not want the money but to leave a positive review. Now if this isn't a great customer service then I don't know what is. Tge item purchased is extremely helpful and are please it's as described and fits to home taps. Thanks
