  Product I received was not open box, like advertised. If that was the case then I could have gotten it cheaper from others who listed it as used. Also, the pictures are misleading. They show plastic wrapping around the charger & cable as to insinuate new but what I received had no wrapping & showed signs of use. The cable on the advertised picture clearly shows the Bose logo on it but the one I got had nothing, it was not original. Reached out to seller 3 days ago, I'm still waiting foresponse.

  This was exactly what I needed!! Great seller! Even though pictures looked like white version, I received the grey, which was also what I really wanted; Yay! My Dyson Fan is used daily, while I clean numerous cages for rescue exotic birds. My Cockatoo got ahold of the power cable, and I was SOL, until this speedy delivery. Cockatoos are quite cunning! I purchased another, from different seller, which I received a week later. That one is back up. This is a keeper! Def recommend this seller.

  My battery case was described as being brand new but the box I could tell have been opened before. Plus the box was all beat up and scratched in the corners were worn. I thought the item had a latch for the cover but it didn't. I tried contacting the seller about the issues but I got never got any responses. I would not buy from the seller again and I implore others not to either.

  Fast shipping! The item I received was not all blue like in the photo, and instead was a mixture of a few of a bunch of colors. I don't mind that at all, but in case you had someone who is extremely picky you might want to know that fact. Otherwise great seller and great item, thank you!
