This was very frustrating as it only happened, apparently, when it was due to be delivered to me. I had to wait for seller to send another one so all in all, it was quite a long time before I received my purchase. However, this was not the fault of the seller, but the courier. The item itself is brilliant. Extra strong, very well made, and excellent value. Much cheaper than buying in a store somewhere

The price was just under £60 for the 3.8m which was good. You can extend only part of the ladder for lower work which is good. With good communication this seller is recommended.
