    DO NOT BUY LUXE are refusing to give our money back despite sofa being returned two weeks ago, and have now ceased responding. Communication has been REALLY poor throughout. Delivery over a week late, and they delivered the wrong colour sofa. When the the correct sofa arrived, the colour was lighter than pictured so we decided to return. Delivery guys came and collected it on 16 October. We were told refund would take 2-3 days. Still no refund and not responding on eBay / WhatsApp / phone.

    Delivery arrived late, Sophie responded late on the day of delivery, got through to someone on the phone and was told he'd call back and he did not despite countless attempts to get through to him. Despite that every thing else was very good. Delivery guys were very polite, friendly they got the sofa in and put it together really fast. Really pleased. Great company.

    Sophie has been great from start to finish! From picking the fabric to replying all times of the day and being extremely communicative. The delivery guys were lovely they put together my sofa and was very considerate of my home. 100% if you are looking for a sofa these are the guys for you! Do not hesitate.
